Is it the art of managing, with its focus on tasks and results, or the skill of coaching, which nurtures personal growth and empowerment? Imagine a manager as the captain of a ship. They have a clear destination in mind and are responsible for charting the course, giving explicit directions, and ensuring the vessel stays on track. Ultimately these experiences re-ignited my passion for coaching and led to the re-launching of my coaching business.
